Thursday, December 8 was the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. The students at SMS celebrated Mary’s special day beginning with Mass in church. Fr. Amberger talked to students about the Miraculous Medal which all students will receive. Students participated in a “Baby Shower” for St. Anne by playing games such as Diaper the Baby and Immaculate Conception Bingo. They made a craft of St. Anne and Baby Mary. Everyone had cupcakes with a picture of the Blessed Virgin Mary on them. A good time was had by all! Thanks to Mrs. Ernst for organizing the activity, and thanks to all the parents who sent in cupcakes!
