We had a great day of hands-on science today at SMS! Special thanks to Mr. Burke, Mrs. Dragoo, and Mr. Collins for helping our students at our annual creek day, looking for different forms of life in a local ecosystem. Thanks also to the Ripley Life Squad who was on site to provide extra safety for the event. Our children had a great time and learned a lot.
Thanks also to Mr. Zachman for sharing his love of rocketry with our students. Today grades 3-6 launched their rockets, and had a great time doing it.
We are blessed to have so many in our community to share their knowledge and talents with our students!
