On Wednesday, April 29, the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grades will take a field trip to the Newport Aquarium. We have visited the Aquarium in the past, and it has always been one of our more popular Field Trips.
We will leave by bus at approximately 8:30 and begin our tour at 10:00 am. After the tour, students will eat their packed lunches outside at the levee.
Parents should pack a sack lunch that day, that can be thrown away afterward, and students may wear SMS Spiritwear with jeans or shorts.
Parents should also go to their OptionC account to fill out the permission slip for the Newport Aquarium, and either pay the $10 per child fee on their OptionC account or send in cash or check to Kelly. Both of these should be done no later than April 24.
