Our 2024 SMS Chess Club Championship Tournament has been completed. We had a great season and all the students had a great time learning about the game and competing with each other. Our 2024 Champion for the 2nd consecutive year is 5th Grader Kowin Offutt. Finishing in 2nd place with a great finish was 6th grader Easton Swearingen. They are pictured here with their trophies. Congrats to all who participated and especially for our finalists and champions. A special thanks to all the parents who made sure they kids could be here to participate.
