Good afternoon! As we mentioned in last week's news, there will be a very important folder coming home with the youngest student in each family today. It is extremely important that parents get the contents of this folder today. The folder contains:
- First trimester report cards
- Balance sheets for both tuition and lunch/milk
- 10, $10K Giveaway Tickets, for which each SMS family is responsible.
- A permission slip (2nd grade only)
- There are a few families who will also receive an EdChoice Award Letter that needs to be signed and returned.
Again, please make sure you get everything out of this folder, then return the folder to the school on Monday.
Looking ahead to next week....
Monday, November 20th- This is a normal school day, except that we will have our annual SMS Family Lunch. Our entire student body and staff will gather together in the Parish Hall for lunch. This meal is for all of our students and is free of charge.
Tuesday, November 21st-
- This day will begin with mass, like a normal Friday would.
- Then students will return to homerooms to work on gratitude projects.
- At 11:45 we will have a blessing of pets in the school parking lot.
- If parents would like to bring their pets with them for the blessing they can gather in then parking lot between 11:30 and 11:45.
- Finally, students will be dismissed at 12:30.
- There will be no afternoon Ripley bus service.
- Pizza has been donated for all of our students for lunch for students this day. Thank you Fetters family!
Wednesday- Friday- Thanksgiving Break!
