We are excited to announce that SMS Grandparent's Day will take place on Thursday, November 9 AND Friday, November 10. Yes, we are splitting Grandparents Day to avoid confusion and being too crowded in our facilities. We want our grandparents to be able to enjoy their time here with their grandchildren! So, this Friday, September 22, in the white SMS folder, there will be a sign-up sheet for Grandparent's Day, with a choice of preference of coming on Thursday morning to prayer service with their grandchildren, then to the Parish Hall for a reception, OR coming on Friday to mass with their grandchildren, and then to the Parish Hall for a reception. We would like half of our Grandparents on Thursday and half on Friday. Signups should be returned beginning on the Monday, after fair break and we will begin scheduling and send confirmation soon after.
I know our students can't wait to see their grandparents at Grandparent's Day!
