Our 8th grade Graduation Mass and Passing of the Light Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, May 23 beginning with mass in the church at 5:00. The Passing of the Light Ceremony is a symbolic ceremony in which the 8th grade passes the torch so to speak to the current 7th graders (next year's 8th graders). All seventh and eighth graders are expected to attend.
Following the Passing of the Light Ceremony, there will be a dinner in honor of our graduates. Each family from the 8th grade will have a table (seats 10) for their immediate family. Please call the office by this Friday and let us know how many people will be at your table, so we can plan for food and seating. The dinner is provided by the Grandparents of the 8th grade class. Sign-ups to help with that were sent home last week.
